CHICKEN & BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked chicken or turkey
1 (16 oz.) can frozen chopped broccoli or San Francisco blend
2 cans cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Bacon flavored cracker crumbs

Arrange broccoli and chicken in pan. Mix soup, mayonnaise and lemon juice. Pour over mixture. Sprinkle with cheese. Then cracker crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
