BROCCOLI CORN CASSEROLE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli or 1 bunch of fresh broccoli
1 lg. can shoe peg corn
1 lg. can creamed corn
1 egg
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 stick butter, melted
1 1/2 c. crushed Chicken-in-a-Bisket crackers

Cook broccoli about 5 minutes. Mix with rest of ingredients and pour into large casserole.

Mix butter and crackers together. Add 1/2 of the mixture into the casserole. Spread the rest on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
