BROCCOLI CHOWDER 
1 sm. pkg. chopped broccoli (frozen)
1 sm. onion
1 can Campbell's potato soup
1 (12 oz.) pkg. Swiss cheese
1 tsp. butter
3 c. milk
Salt & pepper to taste

Cook broccoli and onion together until almost done; drain. Add can of potato soup, stir together. Add 3 cups milk; add butter, salt and pepper to taste. Cook on medium heat 10 to 15 minutes. Add Swiss cheese last and serve.
