TIME-TO-SPARE RIBS 
1 lg. Reynolds Oven Cooking Bag
1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. barbecue sauce
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
3 1/2 lb. country spareribs, fat trimmed

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Shake flour in bag; place in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Add barbecue sauce, onions and green peppers; squeeze bag to blend ingredients.

Cut ribs into serving-size pieces and place in bag. Turn bag over to coat ribs with sauce. Arrange ribs in even layer.

Close bag with nylon tie provided; make 6 (1/2 inch) slits in bag. Bake 1 1/2 hours or until tender. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
