CHOCOLATE FONDUE OR SAUCE 
2 oz. (1/3 c.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 c. whipping cream
2 tbsp. orange liqueur
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

Slowly melt chocolate chips with cream. Stir constantly. Add orange liqueur and vanilla extract. Stir until well blended. To serve as a fondue, keep warm over low heat or candle.

Note: This can be served cold (cool) over ice cream or fresh fruit. Suggestions for dipping - apples, bananas, cherries, oranges, peaches, pears, pineapple, strawberries, angel food cake, chiffon cake, lady fingers, pound cake, or sponge cake. Yield: 1 cup of sauce.
