PORK `N POTATO BAKE 
4 pork chops
4 med. potatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can milk

Brown chops on both sides. Meanwhile, slice or grate potatoes into thin slices as for scalloped potatoes.

Arrange potatoes in an 8 x 8 inch baking dish. Top with browned chops. Mix soup with milk and pour this over potatoes and chops. (More milk may be used.) Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour or until the potatoes are done. Serves 4.
