PORK AND POTATO BAKE | |
6 pork chops 1 tbsp. vegetable oil 10 3/4 oz. can celery soup 1/2 c. milk 1/2 c. sour cream 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt 1 (24 oz.) frozen hash browns 1 c. Cheddar cheese 1 can French fried onions Sprinkle chops with seasoned salt. Brown using vegetable oil. Set aside. In large bowl mix soup, milk, sour cream, pepper, seasoned salt, stir together. Then add thawed hash browns, cheese and onions. Save some cheese and onions for top. Stir well. Spoon into a 9 x 13 inch dish arrange chops on top of mixture. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and onion mixture. Bake 5 minutes longer uncovered. |
