PORK CHOP AND POTATO BAKE 
4-6 pork chops
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. sour cream
1/8 c. parsley
4 c. thinly sliced potatoes
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown chops. Blend soup, sour cream and parsley. In buttered casserole, alternate layers of potatoes, salt, pepper and soup mixture. Top with chops. Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 1 1/4 hours. Serves 4 to 6.
