PORK CHOP 'N' POTATO BAKE 
6 pork chops, boneless
1/2 c. sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
1 can fried onions
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (24 oz.) frozen hash browns, thawed
Seasoned salt
Pepper to taste

Brown pork chops in lightly greased skillet. Sprinkle with seasoned salt, set aside. Combine soup, milk, pepper, sour cream and 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt. Stir in potatoes, 1/2 cup cheese, and 1/2 can fried onions. Spoon mixture in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Arrange pork chops over potatoes. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and fried onions. Bake uncovered 5 minutes longer. 6 servings.

Very good and easy to make. My husband does not like mushrooms so I used cream of celery soup. He told me "it's a keeper".

This recipe is good and easy. I used O'Brian style hash browns they are the type with red and green peppers mixed in. I doubled the recipe and had to adjust the cooking time and temp accordingly.
