PORK CHOP 'N POTATO BAKE 
6 pork chops
Oil
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can cream of celery or mushroom soup
24 oz. pkg. frozen hash browns, thawed
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. sour cream

Brown pork chops in oil. Combine soup, milk, sour cream, pepper and salt. Stir in potatoes and 1/2 cup cheese. Spoon mixture into 9 x 13 inch pan. Top with chops. Bake covered at 350 degrees 45 minutes. Remove cover, top with remaining cheese and bake until cheese melts (5 minutes).
