PORK CHOP AND POTATO BAKE 
6 pork chops, trimmed of fat
Salt to taste
1/2 c. milk
1 can cream of celery soup
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 24-oz. pkg. frozen O'Brian or hash brown potatoes
1 c. cheddar, grated and divided
1 can Durkee fried onion rings
1/2 c. sour cream

Brown the pork chops and set aside. Combine all other ingredients, reserving 1/2 c. cheese and half of the onion rings. Spoon into a 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Arrange pork chops on top of the potato mixture and cover.

Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and onion rings and bake uncovered 5 more minutes.

Serves 4-6.

This recipe can be doubled to serve 10-12.
