SPANISH RICE 
1 c. brown rice, long grain
1 jalapeno pepper
2 c. water
1 can tomato paste
1 sm. can stew tomatoes
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. hot sauce
1/3 c. oil

In oil, brown rice and jalapeno pepper. Add remaining ingredients. Cover, reduce heat to low, simmer 20 minutes.
