SPANISH PORK CHOPS 
4 pork chops
2 tbsp. butter
2 1/2 c. hot water
1 (5 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1 box Rice-a-Roni, any flavor

In large skillet brown 4 pork chops and set aside. Melt 2 tablespoons butter in skillet. Add Rice-a-Roni. Cook until mixture is light brown. Add 2 1/2 cups hot water, contents of envelope and stewed tomatoes. Stir. Return pork chops to skillet and bring to a boil and cover. Reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes.
