PORK CHOPS 
6 pork chops
6 thick pepper rings (boiled for 3 minutes)
2 c. cooked rice
1 can of tomato sauce (8 oz.)
1 jar of beef gravy with mushrooms
1 c. red wine (or a can of beer)
1 lemon

In a pan display the pork chops, sprinkle them with garlic powder and pepper and on the top of each one put a teaspoon of butter. Squeeze a lemon over the pork chops. Broil them on both sides. When browned put a ring of pepper over each one, fill them with cooked rice. Mix together the tomato sauce, the gravy and the wine and spoon it over the rice and the pork chops. Bake it in 350 degree oven for about 1 hour.
