SPANISH RICE AND PORK CHOPS 
6 pork chops
1 c. uncooked rice
1/4 c. cooking oil
Salt
1 lg. onion, chopped
2 lb. can tomatoes
1 tsp. chili powder

Sprinkle pork chops with salt and chili powder. Brown pork chops in oil and then drain. Pour chopped onion rice and tomatoes over pork chops. Simmer over medium heat for 35 minutes. Add green pepper if desired.
