SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 c. sweet potatoes or 1 lg. can
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. butter, melted
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. cream or canned milk

Mix well; put in casserole dish.

TOPPING:

1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. butter
1/2 c. flour
1 c. pecans

Mix together. Sprinkle on top of potatoes. Bake 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
