SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 (29 oz.) can sweet yams, juice drained and mashed (3 c.)
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 stick butter
1 tsp. nutmeg (or may use 1 tsp. vanilla extract)
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. milk

Mix all ingredients together and put in casserole dish.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. soft butter
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Mix well and sprinkle over potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes or until brown.
