CATHY'S SOUTHERN SWEET POTATO
CASSEROLE
 
3 c. mashed sweet potatoes/yams, (or 2 cans vacuum pack, mashed)
1 c. sugar
1/3 stick butter, melted
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix above ingredients in order. Add 1/2 of the following topping mix: 1/3 c. flour 1/3 c. butter 1 c. pecans, chopped

Sprinkle remaining topping on mixture after spreading it in a greased 9 x 13 inch dish or pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes.
