SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 (29 oz.) can yams or
2 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1/4 c. sugar
3/4 stick butter, melted
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk (canned)
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Mix with mixer. Bake 25 minutes in 400 degree oven. Then add topping.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. finely crushed cornflakes
1/2 stick butter
1/2 c. pecans or walnuts
1/2 c. light brown sugar

Combine all the topping ingredients and sprinkle over the casserole. Bake another 15 minutes or until knife blade comes out clean. Bake in an 8 inch square baking dish.
