JACK'S SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 c. mashed, cooked sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter, melted
2 eggs, well beaten
1/3 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Topping:

1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. plain flour
3 tbsp. butter
1 c. chopped pecans

Combine potatoes, sugar, butter, eggs, vanilla and milk. Mix well. Pour into buttered 2-quart baking dish.

Mix all topping ingredients. Sprinkle on top of potato mixture and bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.
