SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 c. cooked sweet potatoes, mashed
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. evaporated milk

Topping:

1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1 c. chopped pecans
1/3 c. butter, melted

Mix sweet potatoes, sugar, eggs, vanilla, milk and butter. Spread mixture into a casserole dish sprayed with Pam.

For topping, mix brown sugar, flour and pecans. Spread on top of sweet potato mixture. Drizzle melted butter evenly over topping.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
