SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 c. Sweet Potatoes, cooked and hand mashed
3/4 c. Sugar
1/2 tsp. Salt
2 Eggs well beaten
1/2 stick butter, melted
1/2 c. undiluted Canned Milk

Topping:

1 c. Brown Sugar
1/3 c. Flour
1/3 stick butter
1c. Chopped Pecans

Combine all ingredients (except topping ingredients). Mix well and pour into greased casserole dish.

For the topping, combine all ingredients. Put on top of sweet potato mix.

Bake at 350 for 30 to 35 minutes.
