CANDIED SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
6 med. sized potatoes or yams
1 c. orange juice
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 c. cubed leftover ham

Wash potatoes and boil until tender. Peel and cut in halves lengthwise. Place in buttered baking dish with cubed ham. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over potatoes. Bake about 1 hour in slow oven, basting several times with syrup in dish.
