SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 c. candied yams (1 can)
1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar

Mix above ingredients together and put in casserole dish.

CRUST:

1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/3 c. butter, melted
1 c. chopped nuts

For crust - mix ingredients together and pour over the potato mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for about 30 minutes or until brown.

I changed the recipe a little for my taste and loved it. I used 1/2 c. sugar, 1 stick butter and added a 3rd egg in the casserole recipe. I also cut down on the sugar in the crust and used 2/3 c brown sugar. LOVED IT!
