SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 c. cooked mashed yams
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 stick butter, melted

Mix all ingredients together until well blended. Pour into a buttered baking dish. Sprinkle with topping and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

TOPPING:

1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. self-rising flour
1/2 stick butter
1 c. chopped pecans

Melt butter; stir in brown sugar. Add flour and nuts. Mix all ingredients until crumbly. Sprinkle on sweet potato mixture.
