3 c. mashed sweet potato, cooked
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. milk
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter

TOPPING:

3/4 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/3 c. butter
1 c. coconut, shredded OR pecan bits

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl, mix together mashed potatoes, sugar, eggs, butter, vanilla and milk. Beat until smooth; spoon into greased casserole. Add topping which has been well mixed into crumbles. Bake for 30 minutes.
