3 c. cooked mashed sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. milk

Combine and beat with mixer. Spoon into buttered 2 quart casserole. Top with: 1/3 c. flour 1/3 c. butter 1 c. finely chopped pecans

Combine and sprinkle over the top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 8-10.
