HEALTHY WHOLE FRUIT SMOOTHIE 
PER SERVING:

1 apple
1/2 cup fresh blueberries
1 cup sliced cucumbers
1 Roma tomato (you can use a regular tomato)
1 cup milk (I use skim)

Combine all ingredients in a blender (or Ninja) and mix until everything is blended.

Pour into a glass and enjoy!
