EASY BLUEBERRY JELLO MOLD SALAD
OR DESSERT
 
1 family size pkg. black cherry Jello
2 1/2 c. boiling water
1 (1 lb.) can Comstock blueberry pie filling
1 (1 lb.) can crushed pineapple

TOPPING:

1 pt. sour cream
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1/4 c. sugar (optional)
Wheat germ or chopped walnuts (or both)
Walnut or cherry for decoration

Add boiling water to Jello. Add directly, the blueberry pie filling. Add crushed pineapple and stir together. Refrigerate.

When ready to serve add topping.

Topping: Mix sour cream with cream cheese and sugar (optional). Beat until smooth. Spread over Jello mold and sprinkle top with wheat germ or chopped walnuts or use both. Decorate with walnut or cherry. Delicious.
