3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
6 tbsp. cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. vinegar
3/4 c. oil
2 c. water

Sift dry ingredients into 13 x 9 inch cake pan (not glass). Make 3 wells; put vanilla, vinegar and oil in them. Pour over all water. Mix with fork in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes. Done when springs back.
