1 can cherry pie mix 1 can crushed pineapple 1 pkg. yellow cake mix 1/2 lb. melted butter 1 c. chopped pecans Cool Whip topping In large baking pan, 9 x 2 x 11 inches. Spread the cherry pie mix, then the crushed pineapple. Sprinkle 1 package dry cake mix over the fruit. Pour melted butter over the cake mix. Sprinkle the nuts over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Serve with Cool Whip. |
