3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
6 tbsp. cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. vinegar
12 tbsp. salad oil
2 tbsp. vanilla

Sift together dry ingredients and put in ungreased 9 x 13 pan. Mix with fork and make 3 holes or wells.

Put vinegar in well #1. Put salad oil in well #2. Put vanilla in well #3. Pour 2 cups of water over all and mix well. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top. Nuts can also be used with chocolate chips.

Bake 40-45 minutes at 350 degrees.
