COTTAGE POTATOES 
10 potatoes, cooked with skins
1 green pepper, chopped fine
1/2 lb. milk American cheese
1/2 lb. butter, melted
Salt and pepper to taste
1 lg. onion, chopped fine
1/2 can pimento, chopped
1 slice bread, cubed
Chopped parsley
Enough milk to moisten

Remove skin from potatoes and slice thick or cut in cubes. Mix all the ingredients together and place in a baking dish. Cover with crushed corn flakes. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until brown.
