COCOA FUDGE 
2/3 c. cocoa
3 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
1/8 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine cocoa, sugar and salt in 3 quart pan. Add milk and blend. At high heat bring to boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to medium and continue to boil without stirring (about 20 minutes) until soft ball forms in glass of cold water. Remove from heat. Add butter and vanilla. Do not stir. When fudge cools to about 110 degrees, beat with mixer until it looses gloss. Pour in pan. Cool. Cut.
