COCOA FUDGE 
2/3 c. cocoa
3 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 can milk
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Nuts, optional

Combine sugar, cocoa and salt in 3 quart saucepan. Add milk gradually, mix thoroughly, bring to a boil on high heat, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and continue to boil mixture without stirring until it reaches 232 degrees on candy thermometer, remove from heat. Add butter and vanilla. Allow to cool. Beat until fudge thickens. Pour into buttered pan 8 x 8 x 2 inches. Spread evenly. Cool and cut.
