RASPBERRY JELLO DELIGHT 
1 lg. box raspberry Jello
2 c. boiling water
1 lg. can blueberries with syrup
1 sm. can crushed pineapple with juice

TOPPING:

8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sugar

Mix boiling water with Jello. Stir until completely dissolved. Add fruit with juices and mix well. Pour into a 9"x13" pan and chill until firm.

TOPPING: Beat all ingredients together until smooth and spread over Jello. Chill and enjoy.
