POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 bag O'Brien potatoes, thawed
1 can chunky mushroom soup or 1 can chicken soup
1 can sour cream
pepper or Nature's Seasons
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Butter 13 x 9-inch pan. Put half of potato mix in pan; put half of cheese over this. Add rest of potatoes and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes. Stir and add rest of cheese on top.

Bake 15 minutes more until brown on top. May add ham chunks.
