SWISS CHEESE BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 lb. broccoli, coarsely chopped
3 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
3 tbsp. chopped onion
1 1/4 c. milk
2 c. shredded natural Swiss cheese
2 eggs, beaten

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease 9"x9" or 10"x6" dish. Cook broccoli, drain and put aside. Make white sauce with butter, flour, onion and milk, over medium heat, until it thickens. Remove from heat. Stir cheese and broccoli into white sauce. Add beaten eggs. Pour into baking dish. Bake 30 minutes or until center is firm. Serves 8 to 9.
