CORN CASSEROLE 
1 can whole kernel corn
1 green pepper, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
1 stick butter
1 sm. jar pimento
4 tbsp. flour
2 c. rice
2 boiled eggs, chopped
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire
1/4 tsp. Tabasco (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. grated hoop cheese

Bring pepper, onion and butter to boil. Add all other ingredients and cover with cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven until top is brown.
