BACON-WRAPPED PORK PATTIES 
2 lbs. ground pork
1 med. green pepper, finely chopped (optional)
1 med. onion, finely chopped
1/3 c. vinegar
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
10 bacon slices

Combine the first 9 ingredients; mix well and shape into 10 patties. Wrap with bacon and secure with a wooden pick. Place patties on grill about 6 inches above medium to medium high coals. Cook 20 to 25 minutes on each side or until done. Makes 10 servings.
