8 oz Pork Sausage
8 oz Chorizo
8 oz Cream Cheese
20 Jalapenos, cut in half seeded
1 lb thickly sliced bacon
a sprinkle of Fennel Seeds
Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Brown sausage and chorizo, add fennel seeds. Once browned, add cream cheese, mix until melted. Add a handful or two of shredded cheddar cheese.

Fill jalapenos with mixture. Wrap each jalapeno with bacon (you may need a toothpick to hold bacon).

Bake at 375°F for 25 minutes. Broil if necessary to crisp the bacon.
