STRAWBERRY RHUBARB PIE 
4 c. rhubarb
1 c. fresh or frozen strawberries
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. tapioca or flour
1 tbsp. grated orange rind

Cut rhubarb, beat eggs slightly. Pour over the rhubarb. Put in rest of ingredients. Mix well. Make pastry for a two crust pie. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Then at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
