CANDIED BACON PORK ROAST 
3 (3 oz.) pork loin slices, flattened
1 oz. flour
3 strips bacon
1 oz. sugar
1 oz. pork broth
1/2 oz. flour
1/2 oz. butter
1 tbsp. parsley, fresh, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste

Place bacon on a sheet pan and sprinkle with sugar. Bake in oven at 400 degrees until golden brown; set aside. Saute pork slices in butter until evenly browned on both sides. Add all seasonings and remove pork from pan and transfer onto serving plate.

Add the pork broth and parsley and bring to a boil. Mix the ounce of butter with 1/2 ounce of flour and add to the boiling broth. Pour sauce over pork slices and garnish with the candied bacon strips. Serves: 1. (Prep and Cooking Time: 30 minutes)
