MEATBALLS 
2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground Italian sausage
1 c. milk
1 c. bread crumbs
1 tbsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3 tbsp. dry minced onion
2 eggs

Scald the milk. Add slightly beaten eggs, onion and seasoning. Mix well with the ground meats and bread crumbs. Shape into small balls. Put in single layer in a shallow pan and bake in a 300 degree oven until lightly browned.

Make a gravy from the drippings and canned beef or chicken broth. Pour over the meatballs and bake in a 325 degree oven.
