HAMBURGER-BACON ROAST 
2 lb. ground beef
3 lg. potatoes, cooked and mashed
2 onions, chopped fine
4 slices bread
Diced chopped parsley
Salt and pepper
4 hard cooked eggs
1/2 lb. sliced bacon

Combine the meat, potatoes, onions, bread and seasonings. Divide into 2 parts. Place 1/2 in baking dish, cover with eggs and rest of meat. Cover meat with bacon slices. Bake at 400 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
