“FAMOUS BUFFALO CHICKEN WINGS” IS IN:

FAMOUS BUFFALO CHICKEN WINGS 
4 lb. chicken wings (about 24)
salt and freshly ground pepper
4 cups vegetable oil, for deep frying

BUFFALO WING SAUCE:

4 tbsp. (1/2 stick) butter
4 tbsp. FRANK'S® RedHot hot sauce (or more, if desired)
1 tbsp. vinegar

SERVE WITH:

1 (16-20 oz.) bottle blue cheese dressing (Ken's or Litehouse)
celery sticks

Cut wings at 2 joints; discard tips. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Heat oil in large frying pan. Add half wings and cook about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and crisp. Remove; drain well. Repeat with remaining wings.

Melt butter in saucepan and add hot sauce and vinegar, amount of hot sauce depends on the degree of hotness desired. Pour butter mixture over wings, coating evenly.

Serve with blue cheese dressing and celery sticks.
