I have made this often and it is wonderful! The reduced fat ingredients do not reduce the taste, but increases satifaction that we are not over-indulging! My husband and I enjoy this for parties or just a quick dip during football games. The only change I make is leaving out the green onions, only because I seldom have them on hand. I also use dry ranch dressing mix and add some skim milk. Again, just what I have on hand. Right now, I think I will experiment with freezing so we can have this ready on demand!

I love this one! The only change I make is to add a little blue cheese dressing as well. It is a real favorite around here!

I make this every time my kids ask for Buff Chick Dip. I use a Kitchen Aid which seems to blend everything nicely. Always being asked for the recipe!
