HEALTHY BUFFALO CHICKEN DIP | |
1 (8 oz pkg) reduced-fat cream cheese, softened 1/2 cup fat-free ranch dressing 1/3 cup buffalo wing sauce 2 tbsp. water 1 1/2 cups shredded cooked chicken breast 1 cup reduced-fat shredded Colby-Monterey Jack cheese 2 tbsp. chopped green onions celery sticks and other veggies for dipping Heat oven to 350°F. In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese with mixer on medium speed until smooth. Beat in dressing, buffalo sauce, and water until blended. Stir in chicken and cheese. Spread in a 1-quart baking dish. Cover with foil. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Stir. Top with onions. Serve with veggies. CALORIES per 1/4 cup serving: 110. FAT: 6 grams. Submitted by: Sherry Monfils |
