“SAVORY BROILED FISH” IS IN:
NEXT RECIPE:  SKILLET FAJITAS

SAVORY BROILED FISH 
1 1/2 to 2 lb. mild white fish fillets, such as red snapper or sole
Ranch Tartar sauce (optional)

MARINADE:

1 env. HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch dressing mix
1/3 cup lemon juice
3 tbsp. olive oil
3 tbsp. dry white wine or water

Combine all marinade ingredients in shallow dish. Mix well. Add fish and coat all sides with mixture. Cover and refrigerate for 15 to 30 minutes.

Remove fish from marinade and place on broiler pan.

Broil 9 to 12 minutes or until fish begins to flake.
