EGG CUSTARD PIE 
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
3 eggs, well beaten
3 tbsp. melted butter
1 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
nutmeg

Combine sugar, flour and salt. Beat eggs until lemon colored. Blend in dry ingredients. Add melted butter and milk; mix well. Pour into a pastry shell. Sprinkle top with nutmeg.

Bake in a 375°F oven for 30 minutes. Allow to set before serving.
