EGG CUSTARD PIE 
5 lg. eggs
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 c. milk, warm
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
Dash of salt
Nutmeg

Beat eggs and sugar until foamy. Add milk, butter, vanilla, and salt. Pour over partially baked pie crust. Sprinkle nutmeg over top. Bake at 400 degrees for about 30-40 minutes or until outside of custard is firm.
